1. This website collects no personal data

American Poetry Salamanca is a static website: it has no forms, user accounts or subscriptions, and uses no cookies or analytics tools (see Cookie policy).

Reading preferences (text size, typeface and light or dark theme) are stored only in your browser, using localStorage, and are never sent to a server.

2. Contact email

If you choose to write to [email protected], your data (address, name and message) will be used only to reply to your enquiry. The email service is provided by the University of Salamanca, which acts as data controller for that processing. Its Data Protection Officer can be reached at [email protected].

3. Technical connection data

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may log technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time) to keep the service secure, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

4. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected] or [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
